Refund policy

Sharin Crafter Studio LLC is happy to accept returns for unused or defective merchandise except items that are on sale. All discounted and clearance items are final and cannot be returned. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.  Sorry, we do not do exchanges.  All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise.  All returns must have return authorization, contact us at sharincrafterstudio@gmail.com for approval and return address.

Once we receive your package, we will issue a credit with the same form of payment as the original purchase within 5 business days. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
